Fiz uma encomenda na Amazon (ou melhor num parceiro deles) e o produto ainda não chegou. Enviei um mail e aqui está a resposta:

Hi,

It was sent on 18th March via Royal Mail. You paid for standard delivery
which also takes a bit longer to arrive

It will now be in the hands of the Portugese Postal Service.

You will need to contact them as we do not have any means to do so and
do not speak Spanish either.
