Bolha / Bubble

O calor tem apertado muito, o facto de estarem 40ºC à hora de almoço é prova disso. Mas como um homem é um homem lá fui para o treino. O qual só começou às 20:30. Mas dado que o pavilhão não tem janelas e apenas uma parede de vidro é como uma grande estufa. O resultado de tanto calor e de tudo se pegar a tudo foi ter aparecido uma monumental bolha no meu pé. Nunca me tinha sucedido algo de tal magnitude.
Perante tal acontecimento restavam-me duas soluções, ou tirar a pele por cima da bolha. O que dado o tamanho era grave e demoraria muito tempo a sarar. Ou tratava de, com ares de costureiro, passar linha entre as camadas de pele para a bolha secar.
E como um homem é um homem (há quem se ria a ler esta expressão), lá fui eu!
O resultado é o que vêem e pode-se dizer que hoje o pé já está operacional, tenho só de ter cuidado no próximo treino.

All this heat has been quite unpleasant, and the fact that’s 40ºC at lunchtime is a proof of that. But because a man’s a man I went to workout. Training started at 20:30. But as the pavilion doesn’t have any windows but a big glass wall it end’s up being like a big greenhouse. The result of being so hot and everything being sticky to everything was a monumental bubble under my foot. Never had I one of such magnitude.
Facing such an event I had two choices; remove the skin over the bubble. Witch having in mind it’s size would be bad and would take forever to heal. Or, with the nuances of a sewer, pass a line between the layers of skin so the bubble would dry.
And because a man’s a man (some will laugh reading this expression), there I went!
The result is what you see. And you can say my foot is operational today. I just have to be careful in the next training.
